About
"For years I built real things. Generated real results. And felt completely disconnected from who I actually was. And then God showed me something that changed everything I thought I understood about success, identity, and calling."

The Man Behind the Covenant
Demond Logan is a biblical identity transformation coach for Christian entrepreneurs and executives who have achieved external success but feel spiritually misaligned with who God designed them to be.
He is the founder of SRD Impact Performance, host of The Demond Logan Effect podcast, and creator of the I'mPossible 30 program an 8-week covenant experience built around the principle that God addresses identity before He releases purpose.
Demond spent over 20 years doing identity work before he understood it was identity work. He operated as an operational infrastructure specialist, growing businesses from $88,000 to $350,000 per month and from $27,000 to $100,000 in under 90 days not through marketing tricks, but by seeing people clearly and helping them become who they were built to be.
At 40, God fully revealed his purpose. Everything before it was preparation.
The Journey
Built a reputation for seeing what others couldn't see and streamlining what others couldn't fix. Grew multiple businesses exponentially not through marketing but through identity and operational clarity.
Spent two to three hours a day, every day, helping people reshape their perspective and adjust how they see themselves. Did not recognize it as his calling. It was simply who he was.
God clarified what had been happening for two decades. The identity work was not a hobby. It was the assignment. SRD Impact Performance was born from that revelation.
Making covenants with the highest version of the people God sends. Running the most distinct biblical identity transformation practice in the marketplace. Living the purpose.
I will be the fire for you until you become the flame. The goal is never dependency. The goal is to hold the covenant for you until you can hold it yourself and then release you to hold it for someone else.
Who are you to validate your limitations without acknowledging the fullness of your capacity? Most people give more credit to what they cannot do than to what God already built inside them. That stops here.
Not a contract. Not an agreement. A covenant. I make no commitment to who you are right now. I make a covenant with the highest version of you the one God designed before the world got to you first.
Mission
Every program. Every session. Every covenant conversation. Every podcast episode. Every Tuesday night training. All of it exists for one reason.
Because the fruit was never designed for the tree. The fruit was designed for the person God was sending it to. And every day you stay where you are, that person goes without what God intended for them.
This is stewardship. This is covenant. This is the work.
Philosophy
He called Abram. He renamed him Abraham. He called Saul. He renamed him Paul. Before God could release either of them into their calling, He had to address their identity first.
That is the pattern in Scripture. That is the principle this work is built on. That is why we start with who you are not what you do or what you want to achieve.
When the identity aligns with God's design, purpose becomes inevitable.
Begin the Covenant
"I don't make a commitment to who you are right now. I make a covenant with the highest version of you. And I refuse to let that version keep waiting."
