1. Digital Program AccessUpon successful payment, clients will receive access to digital training portals, course materials, and exclusive resources within 24 hours. Login credentials and access instructions will be sent to the email provided at checkout. If you do not receive access within this window, please contact us immediately at support@srdimpactperformance.com.

 

2. One-on-One Coaching FulfillmentPrivate coaching sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability after purchase. All coaching packages must be initiated within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise specified in writing. Sessions are conducted via video call, and recordings may be provided upon request for personal review only.

 

3. Group Program FulfillmentFor live group training programs (such as the Mindset Mastery Accelerator), program start dates and schedules will be clearly communicated upon enrollment. Access to live calls, workbooks, and replays (if applicable) will be fulfilled through our private membership platform or designated delivery system.

 

4. Refunds & Satisfaction GuaranteeDue to the nature of digital products and coaching services, all sales are final unless stated otherwise under a specific program’s money-back guarantee terms. For eligible programs with a guarantee:Clients must demonstrate active participation (e.g., completed assignments, attended sessions).Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the guarantee window. We reserve the right to deny refunds for clients who fail to participate, misuse content, or breach terms of service.

 

5. Rescheduling & Missed SessionsClients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a private session. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited and counted toward your package. Group sessions cannot be rescheduled but may have recordings available.

 

6. Program Completion & Access WindowsAccess to digital materials is granted for the duration specified in the program (e.g., 90-day access, 6 months). Lifetime access applies only where explicitly stated. After the access window closes, content is no longer guaranteed to be available unless renewed or repurchased.

 

7. Intellectual Property & Content UseAll content provided (videos, worksheets, systems, coaching frameworks, etc.) is the intellectual property of SRD Impact Performance and Demond Logan. It may not be shared, resold, or repurposed without prior written permission. Any unauthorized use will result in legal action.

 

8. Client ResponsibilityOur services are designed to equip you with the tools and mindset to create transformation but your results depend on your commitment and follow-through. We provide the framework; you provide the execution.
